Reopening Safety Procedures
Plexiglas has been installed along the entire buffet line to protect all guests and team members.
Buffet team members will provide plate service via the buffet line plating up food items requested then plate will be handed over to guest.
Maximum seating capacity has been reduced by 50%.
Masks must be worn at all times while going through the buffet line. Guests may remove masks only when at their tables.
Tables have been re-configured for social distancing with a maximum of 6 guests per table.
Please observe social distancing guidelines.
All condiments will be pre-portioned & single use.
Guests will have the option of pre-wrapped silverware or a single use plastic cutlery set.
Salt & Pepper packets will be added to the wrapped silverware in order to assure safety.
All F&B Team Members have been Covid-19 Serve Safe trained.
Masks and gloves will be worn by all team members, changing gloves after each task.
Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use.
Frequently touched areas will be sanitized every 2 hours.
