UPDATE (5/29/20): At a meeting held on Thursday, May 28, the Meskwaki Tribal Council determined that the Meskwaki Nation’s Shelter In Place Declaration initially adopted on March 21 will once again be extended through June 15, 2020.

Also, we are very pleased to announce that Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel is set to tentatively reopen its doors on July 1. Additional details regarding our reopening will be made available soon via social media and here on our website. Protecting the health and well-being of all team members and guests remains our top priority.

All MBCH team members will continue to receive their base pay rates and health benefits through July 1. PTO (Paid Time Off) will not be accrued throughout the duration of the casino’s closure. We offer our sincerest gratitude to the Meskwaki Tribal Council for their unwavering support of all MBCH team members during this trying time.

Thank you all for your continued patience and understanding. As always, protect and take care of one another.

We’ll see you soon. Have a good weekend.

UPDATE (4/24/20): At a meeting held on Wednesday, April 22, the Meskwaki Tribal Council determined that the Meskwaki Nation’s Shelter In Place Declaration initially adopted on March 21 will be extended through June 1, 2020.

The Tribal Council further agreed to continue honoring all MBCH team member’s base pay rates and health benefits during this period. The only minor change that will occur is that team members will no longer accrue PTO (Paid Time Off) for the duration of the casino’s closure. This change takes effect April 19, 2020. We thank the Meskwaki Tribal Council for their continued support of all MBCH team members.

We are dealing with an incredibly fluid situation which changes daily. Executive Management continues to monitor, assess, and refine our approach to how and when we can safely reopen. That said, out of an abundance of caution, Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel will remain closed until further notice.

As always, thank you to our valued team members and guests for your patience and understanding as we work through this unprecedented situation and do our part to protect the health and safety of our community. Take care of one another and stay safe.
