  Gaming Area  

BINGO

  • Caller FT $8.00 Calls out the numbers for a bingo game. Operates equipment that randomly selects the numbers for bingo. Must be able to work directly with the general public. Must have good organizational and computer skills. Must be flexible with work shifts and days off. Must be able to handle busy and stressful situations. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must have previous customer service experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Cashier FT $9.25 Verifies inventory counts and sales for a bingo session. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must have previous customer service experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have good knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Floor Worker FT $7.50 Verifies winning cards, calculates prize money, and pays customer during a bingo session. Sells game sheets to customers. Verifies bingos and pays cash to winners. Answers customer inquiries as they arise. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must have prior work experience with positions requiring mathematical aptitude, customer service and sales. Must be at least 18 years of age.

 

CAGE

  • Cashier FT $10.00 Handles all customer transactions during an assigned shift. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must have previous cash handling experience. Must successfully complete a Cage Aptitude test. Must be at least 18 years of age.

 

ENGINEERING 

  • General Maintenance FT $12.00 Install, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment and distribution systems, involving work of a varied nature with a minimum of supervision. Alter, repair and maintain doors, floors, partitions, roofs, stairways, windows, screens and other wooden fixtures. Repair and maintain plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes and opening clogged drains.  Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes or water heaters. Requires high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of relevant job experience with a licensed contractor. Valid Iowa driver’s license preferred. Requires general knowledge of computers and software applications.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE 

  • Barback FT $8.75 Keep beverage service areas and equipment well-stocked and clean. Continuous lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds will be required.  Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds with occasional periods of lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds will be required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Cocktail Server FT $5.10 To serve guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner. Provide timely, friendly and courteous service of all beverages.  Make every effort to ensure absolute customer satisfaction/provide outrageous customer service. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous alcoholic beverage service experience preferred.

 

HOTEL 

  • Guest Service Representative FT $9.00 Must be able to work directly with the general public. Must be able to change easily and frequently from one activity to another such as from typing, to searching in a directory, to using a telephone. Requires good organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Uses personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people. Requires High school diploma or GED. Some previous job-related experience working directly with the general public is preferred. Requires some previous computer experience.
  • Valet Parking Attendant FT $8.00 +tips Issues or obtains numbered tags, parks and retrieves guests’ vehicles. High school diploma or GED. Experience in prior service oriented position(s) and/or related field preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Must be insurable according to Company insurance guidelines and policies. Must be able to operate vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions.
  • Inspector/ GRA FT $9.60 Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, attractive rooms in the hotel.  High School Diploma or GED.  One (1) year of line level experience in all aspects of a Housekeeping Department, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

LIVE GAMES   

  • Trainee Dealers - $7.25 Our Live Games department will be offering dealer training sessions for those interested in becoming a Table Games dealer.
  • Experienced Dealers – $5.50 + Tips – Experienced Table Games dealers can earn additional hourly rates based on games dealt proficiently and shift differential
  • Keno Writer PT $8.40 Conducts Keno Game during as assigned shift. Previous guest service and money handling experience preferred. Must be able to work directly with the general public. Requires good money abilities. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written. Must be flexible with work shifts and days off.
  • Poker Dealer FT/PT $5.95 Deals Poker games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures. Must be prolific in various card games and proper dealing procedures. Must be able to work directly and interact with the general public. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must be flexible with work shifts and days off. Requires high school diploma or GED.

 

SALES AND MARKETING

  • Player’s Club Associate FT $9.00 Must be able to work directly with the general public. Must be flexible with working hours and days off. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Requires the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same. Must possess basic computer skills. High School Diploma or GED.
  • Player Development Manager FT TBAResponsible for improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions and maintaining and cultivating relationships with high-end customers. Requires excellent organizational skills plus the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in order to function effectively and efficiently within established timelines. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with Casino Database Management experience.

 

SECURITY 

  • EMT FT $12.75 Assesses injuries, administers emergency medical care, and performs the duties of Security Officer. Operates equipment such external defibrillators and bag-valve mask resuscitators. Performs regular Security Officer daily duties. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Certified Iowa EMT/or current Registered Nurse with up to due credentials, and prove use of skills and equipment described above to meet an Iowa EMT level non-transport service and preferred one (1) year experience.

CASINO CLEANING SERVICES

  • Equipment Crew FT   $10.00 Keeps buildings, offices, public areas or other assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Requires some relevant work experience.
  • Porter FT $8.75 Keeps buildings, offices, public areas or other assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE  

  • Bingo Concessions Cook/Cashier FT $9.00 Provide timely, friendly and courteous service of Concession menu items.  Make every effort to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Previous deli or concessions work experience preferred.
  • Buffet Bus Person PT $8.00 Maintains and upholds buffet tables clean from dirty plates, glasses and silverware with prompt and friendly service. Entry-level. Must be 16 years of age.
  • Buffet Cook FT $11.00 Cook and present food for the buffet or other operations according to established quality standards. Prepare and present: large quantities of food for the Buffet, Catering and Employee Dining Room; food orders for other operations. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED. Requires a Culinary degree from an accredited institute/school or one (1) year of prior restaurant cooking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Buffet Dining Room Attendant FT $5.10 Serve beverages and provide table service in a professional manner to guests at our buffet. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Some previous wait staff experience preferred.
  • Buffet Host/Cashier FT $9.00 Welcomes guests, seats them at tables, and helps ensure quality service.  Handles customer payment transactions in an effective and efficient manner. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous host/hostess and cashier experience preferred. 
  • Catering Banquet Server FT $8.50 Sets up and serves all catering functions as scheduled providing the highest level of customer service. Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior wait staff experience required.
  • Food Arcade Cook/Cashier FT $9.00 Prepare food orders for Arcade guests in a manner that meets established quality standards. Professionally serves menu items to guests and handles payment transactions efficiently and effectively. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous deli or concessions work experience preferred.

 

HOTEL   

  • Bell Staff FT $8.00 Serves hotel guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check in, stay at the property, and depart. Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds will be required, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. Entry-level position. Must be at least 16 years of age. Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • PBX Operator/Reservationist FT $9.00 Answers inquiries and obtain information for the general public, guests, employees, and other interested parties.  Provides information regarding activities conducted at the Casino/Hotel.  Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations for guests in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner so as to create a positive impression and increase hotel occupancy. Requires High school diploma or GED.  One (1) year of office or related experience. Prior PBX/Hotel reservations experience preferred. Requires knowledge of office machines.
  • Guest Room Attendants FT $9.00 Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain rooms and halls within the hotel. Entry-level position. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Housekeeping Utility FT $8.75 Performs a combination of tasks that maintain the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience. Entry-level position. Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Spa Licensed Esthetician FT $11.25 To provide the guest with a comprehensive range of spa skin services, and, if licensed as a cosmetologist, nail services reflecting the high levels of service and standards required. Must be flexible with working hours and days off. Requires excellent customer service skills. Requires high school diploma or GED and current Iowa license in Cosmetology or Esthetics.
  • Spa Licensed Massage Therapist FT TBD To provide the guest with a comprehensive range of spa services reflecting the high levels of service and standards required.
