  Gaming Area  

BINGO

  • Caller FT $8.00 Calls out the numbers for a bingo game. Operates equipment that randomly selects the numbers for bingo. Must be able to work directly with the general public. Must have good organizational and computer skills. Must be flexible with work shifts and days off. Must be able to handle busy and stressful situations. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must have previous customer service experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Cashier FT $9.25 Verifies inventory counts and sales for a bingo session. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must have previous customer service experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have good knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Floor Worker FT $7.50 Verifies winning cards, calculates prize money, and pays customer during a bingo session. Sells game sheets to customers. Verifies bingos and pays cash to winners. Answers customer inquiries as they arise. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must have prior work experience with positions requiring mathematical aptitude, customer service and sales. Must be at least 18 years of age.

ENGINEERING   

  • General Maintenance FT $12.00 Install, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment and distribution systems. Repair and maintain doors, floors, roofs, stairways, windows, screens and other wooden fixtures. Repair and maintain plumbing. Requires high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of relevant job experience with a licensed contractor. Valid Iowa driver’s license preferred. Requires general knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Licensed Electrician FT $19.00 Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures for the casino complex. Ensures that work is in accordance with relevant codes. Requires a valid Journeyman’s or Master Electrician’s License and (3) years of experience as a skilled electrician, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of blueprints, schematics; lock out tag out procedures and the National Electrical Code. Must have good knowledge of computers and software applications.

FINANCE

  • Cage Cashier FT $10.00 Handles all customer transactions during an assigned shift. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must have previous cash handling experience. Must successfully complete a Cage Aptitude test. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Count/Drop Team FT $11.25 Control, count and record casino revenue. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must have prior work experience with positions requiring mathematical aptitude.

FOOD & BEVERAGE 

  • Beverage Bartender FT $6.90 To prepare and serve guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner. Must be at least 21years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous alcoholic beverage service experience preferred.
  • Beverage Cocktail Server FT $5.10 To serve guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner. Provide timely, friendly and courteous service of all beverages.  Make every effort to ensure absolute customer satisfaction/provide outrageous customer service. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous alcoholic beverage service experience preferred.
  • Buffet Sous Chef FT $14.74 Supervise and oversee daily kitchen operations of the Jackpot Buffet and employee breakroom (dining room) in a manner that maximizes revenue and minimizes costs. Must be at least 21 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Requires a Culinary degree from an accredited institute/school or two (2) years’ experience cooking in a large-scale restaurant operation and one (1) year experience as a kitchen supervisor in a large-scale restaurant operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements. Basic computer or point of sale system skills required.
  • Luckys Bartender FT $6.90 To prepare and serve guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner. Must be at least 21years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous alcoholic beverage service experience preferred.

HOTEL 

  • Gift Shop Cashier PT $8.50 Receives and disburses money in the retail area. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work directly with the general public. Must have good mathematical skills. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to operate a cash register. Must be flexible with shift and days off. Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Valet Parking Attendant FT $8.00 +tips Issues or obtains numbered tags, parks and retrieves guests’ vehicles. High school diploma or GED. Experience in prior service oriented position(s) and/or related field preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Must be insurable according to Company insurance guidelines and policies. Must be able to operate vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions.

LIVE GAMES   

  • Trainee Dealers - $7.25 Our Live Games department will be offering dealer training sessions for those interested in becoming a Table Games dealer.
  • Experienced Dealers – $5.50 + Tips – Experienced Table Games dealers can earn additional hourly rates based on games dealt proficiently and shift differential

MIS

  • Information System Support Specialist FT TBA Provides a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organizations desktop computing environment. Requires an Associate Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study plus two (2) years of relevant information technology experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications such as A= and N= are desirable. Must have excellent technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware, internal components, operating systems, and related software. Requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards are a must.
  • Information System Engineer FT TBA Oversees and ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. Associates Degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study plus four (2) years of relevant information technology experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have demonstrated experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products. Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

Some essential job duties include:

    1. Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, VoIP, and firewalls.
    2. Perform network security design and integration;
    3. Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints;
    4. Provide network and host based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management and administration;
    5. Implement the necessary controls and procedures to protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction;
    6. Assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for administration and security best practices;
    7. Provide network documentation;
    8. Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s and department’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
    9. Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
    10. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions;
    11. Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions;

SALES AND MARKETING

  • Player’s Club Associate FT $9.00 Must be able to work directly with the general public. Must be flexible with working hours and days off. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Requires the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same. Must possess basic computer skills. High School Diploma or GED.
  • Player’s Club Supervisor FT $11.60 Must be able to work directly with the general public. Ensures a high level of integrity and confidentiality with guest and employee data. Maintains an inventory of all equipment, brochures, and supplies to ensure accurate accountability and operation of the Club. High School Diploma or GED. Previous marketing or guest service experience preferred.

SECURITY   

  • EMT FT $12.75 Assesses injuries, administers emergency medical care, and performs the duties of Security Officer. Operates equipment such external defibrillators and bag-valve mask resuscitators. Performs regular Security Officer daily duties. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Certified Iowa EMT/or current Registered Nurse with up to due credentials, and prove use of skills and equipment described above to meet an Iowa EMT level non-transport service and preferred one (1) year experience.
  • Officer FT $10.00 Monitors premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules during an assigned shift. Must be able to work directly with the general public. Requires the ability to see details at close range and from a distance. Must be able to handle busy and stressful situations. Requires good reading and writing skills. Must be capable of reading and understanding policies, procedures and memos. Must be dependable, courteous and reliable. Must be flexible with work shifts and days off. Must have good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. High school diploma or GED preferred.

SLOTS

  • Slot Technician FT $12.50 Completes gaming device system maintenance on all gaming devices and their related components/software and network support systems. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must at least 18 years of age. Lifting and carrying up to 150 pounds is required. Must be computer/software function literate with a wide range of electronic based practical skills.

  • Porter   FT   $8.75 Keeps buildings, offices, public areas or other assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition.

ENGINEERING

  • Tool Crib Attendant PT $9.00 Checks in and out tools, equipment and material to employees to provide inventory control in addition to having inventory stocked for easy repair and maintenance of the facility and its’ assets. Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment, manually or using computer. Requires high school diploma or GED. Requires general knowledge of computers and software applications.

FOOD & BEVERAGE  

  • Bingo Concessions Cook/Cashier FT $9.00 Provide timely, friendly and courteous service of Concession menu items.  Make every effort to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Previous deli or concessions work experience preferred.
  • Buffet Baker FT $9.50 Requires a Culinary degree from an accredited institute/school or one (1) year of prior restaurant cooking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior baking experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Buffet Cook FT $11.00 Cook and present food for the buffet or other operations according to established quality standards. Prepare and present: large quantities of food for the Buffet, Catering and Employee Dining Room; food orders for other operations. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED. Requires a Culinary degree from an accredited institute/school or one (1) year of prior restaurant cooking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Buffet Dishwasher FT $9.00 Cleans dinnerware, food preparation wares and equipment and kitchen area in a manner that meets established cleanliness standards. Entry-level position. Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Buffet Host/Cashier FT $9.00 Welcomes guests, seats them at tables, and helps ensure quality service.  Handles customer payment transactions in an effective and efficient manner. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous host/hostess and cashier experience preferred. 
  • Buffet Prep Cook FT $9.50 Prepare ingredients for all buffet line recipes according to established quality standards. Must be at least 18 years of age. Entry Level Position. Must have at least 6 months prior restaurant cooking or line server experience.
  • Catering Banquet Server FT $8.50 Sets up and serves all catering functions as scheduled providing the highest level of customer service. Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior wait staff experience required.
  • Food Arcade Cook/Cashier FT $10.00 Prepare food orders for Arcade guests in a manner that meets established quality standards. Professionally serves menu items to guests and handles payment transactions efficiently and effectively. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED.  Previous deli or concessions work experience preferred.
  • Food Court Utility Porter FT $8.75 Aids Food Court operations by keeping all areas well-stocked and clean. Substantial lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds will be required. May be required to lift over the shoulder height but this maneuver requires assistance (another person) when weight is involved. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Lucky’s Cook FT $12.38 Cook and present food according to established quality standards for our casual dining restaurant. Prepare and present food orders for Lucky’s Grill & Taproom.  Follow established preparation and presentation procedures. Must be at least 18 years of age. One (1) year of prior cooking experience in a significant, casual or fine dining restaurant or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lucky’s Dishwasher FT $9.00 Cleans dinnerware, food preparation wares and equipment and kitchen area in a manner that meets established cleanliness standards. Entry-level position. Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Lucky’s Wait Staff FT $6.90 + tips Take orders and serve food and beverages in a professional manner to guests at tables in our casual dining restaurant. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Some previous wait staff experience preferred.
  • Prime Cut Cook FT $12.38 Requires a Culinary degree from an accredited institute/school or one (1) year of prior cooking experience in a significant, casual or fine-dining restaurant or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior baking experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Prime Cut Wait Staff FT $6.90 + tips Take orders and serve food and beverages in a professional manner to guests at tables in our fine dining restaurant. Must be at least 18 years of age. Some previous wait staff experience required.

HOTEL   

  • Guest Room Attendants FT $9.00 per hour + $1.50 per room cleaned Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain rooms and halls within the hotel. Entry-level position. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Housekeeping Utility FT $8.75 Performs a combination of tasks that maintain the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience. Entry-level position. Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Laundry Worker FT $8.75 Operates and tends to laundry machines to clean articles such as wearing apparel, sheets, blankets, and other linens used by the hotel and property. Lifts clean wet articles from the washer and places them successively into wringers and dryers for measured time cycles. High School Diploma or GED. Previous laundry experience preferred.
  • PBX Operator/Reservationist FT $9.00 Answers inquiries and obtain information for the general public, guests, employees, and other interested parties.  Provides information regarding activities conducted at the Casino/Hotel.  Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations for guests in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner so as to create a positive impression and increase hotel occupancy. Requires High school diploma or GED.  One (1) year of office or related experience. Prior PBX/Hotel reservations experience preferred. Requires knowledge of office machines.
  • Spa Licensed Esthetician FT $11.25 To provide the guest with a comprehensive range of spa skin services, and, if licensed as a cosmetologist, nail services reflecting the high levels of service and standards required. Must be flexible with working hours and days off. Requires excellent customer service skills. Requires high school diploma or GED and current Iowa license in Cosmetology or Esthetics.
  • Spa Licensed Massage Therapist FT $14.50 To provide the guest with a comprehensive range of spa services reflecting the high levels of service and standards required. Must be flexible with working hours and days off. Requires excellent customer service skills. Requires high school diploma or GED.  Proof of State of Iowa license in massage therapy.  Proof of completion of certified CPR and first-aid courses.  Previous experience in a luxury spa preferred.
