Back	Gift Certificates If you would like to purchase gift certificates that can be used anywhere at our casino, you may come to the Hotel Front Desk. If you cannot make it to the casino, you may contact us via fax at 641-484-1502. Here is the information that you will need to submit on the fax: 1. Amount of Gift Certificate 2. Name of Purchaser 3. Name of Recipient 4. Copy of Credit Card (please write the number and expiration date below the card) and a copy of your drivers license or photo ID. 5. Your Signature 6. Address to Mail the Gift Certificate and Receipt 7. Telephone Number We will mail the gift certificate the same day of the request.
